Welcome to Cassaro's Catering and thank you for visiting. Christine Wright opened Cassaro's Catering in 2003. Our kitchen is located in Arcata, CA, but we serve all over Humboldt County. Chris spent many years honing her skiils and studied at the Culinary Institue of Atlanta.

Cassaro's is a Diversity Supplier - woman owned/minority business. is a proud member of the Arcata Chamber of Commerce and the Humboldt County Independent Business Alliance.

We partner with community members and non- profit organizations. Humboldt Arts Project, Arcata High Arts Institute, and Community Breast Health Project are a few of the many orginizations we support.

Our background is Italian and we love to prepare ethnic food, as well. However, after twenty years in the catering field, we find it best to accommodate our cliets and fufill their menus ideas. Please inquire about menus selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail parties, and other celebrations to keep things interesting and up to date, we create menus to suit your needs and honor all special requests
